Prospective investors are invited to visit our operations in Oklahoma, USA to meet the team and visit drilling projects.

Full legal, technical, economic, and commercial due diligence materials are available for investors to review.  The Western Energy team will be available for personal meetings.  Outsourced service providers such as geologists, lawyers, and accountants are also available to provide insight on our oil and gas projects.

Our investments are in rural regions of Oklahoma.

For the protection of the investor and the company,  we adhere to the highest standard of financial controls and reporting.

Our EB5 investment entities are organized under Delaware law.  Delaware is where half of all US Fortune 500 companies are incorporated.  Delaware has a large body of established law which protects both investors and corporations.

Each year, WERCs operating company will provide investors with audited financials with respect to both its investments and progress toward job creation.  During an audit, the independent examiner reviews both the underlying financial data as well as the organizational elements designed to prevent fraud and ensure accurate information.
